We provide a comprehensive training program designed to get new hires up and running as quickly as possible. We want to affect every sense a learner has. That’s why we implement a learning model patterned after tried and true techniques from Fortune 100 companies:

We use this model while utilizing our online Learning Center (complete with quizzes to test comprehension), workbooks, videos and audio files. As Benjamin Franklin said we want to get the learner involved and doing.

Annual Sales Planning

Our online Planning tool allows our managers to meet with each of our salespeople to develop the sales plan for the next year. The tool is intuitive and once completed, the sales plan becomes a monthly report to help ensure accountability to the goals.

The Sales vs Plan report breaks down every source of sales to help determine what is working, what can be leveraged to further increase sales and what needs to be improved or adjusted to strengthen activity and ultimately sales.

We are strong believers of reporting results each month to funeral home owners. Transparency is the way we like to do business. Our monthly Executive Summary Reports are easy to understand and quickly help funeral home owners understand how the sales efforts are working. Each custom report is emailed directly to the funeral home owner by the 5th of each month.
